Office Assistant I 035, 133, 137, 150 - 21414

Full-time - must be available to work two evenings per week

Salary: $18.25 per hour

Description

• Responsible for performing clerical functions such as data entry, filing, purchasing and office equipment operation.
• Functioning as receptionist
• Assisting with special projects for the shelters and other housing programs.
• Teamplayer - may serve on any other team as appropriate.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Word and Excel, operation of standard office equipment and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Two evenings required per week.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1 to 3 months of related experience/or training.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
