Client Overview:
Our client, a global insurance company, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their St. Petersburg team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$19 – $21/hr
Position Overview:
The Office Administrator will coordinate administrative services for the company. The Office Administrator will partner with executive team to assist with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
- Maintains efficiency by handling the day-to-day office operations
- Recommend procedural changes to improve operations
- Provide administrative support including report and presentation production
- Order supplies, handle of mail, deliveries, office appearance, building issues/maintenance, purchase orders, etc.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the Senior Executive team, approve travel, and provide support to the Procurement dept.
- Review and gain approval for Senior Executive and WFH employee expense reports
- Support the Head of the Social Committee and assist with coordination of office events and special projects
Qualifications for the Office Administrator:
- 1+ years of experience in professional, administrative setting
- Management experience is ideal but is not required
- Experience with Microsoft Word XL, Excel, PowerPoint
- Visio experience preferred but not required
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
