About the Job
GTN is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our client's company as a full time employee. This person will need to work in the Scottsdale office on a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities include:
·Event and meeting planning and coordination
·Office supply inventory management
·Company-wide communications
·Facilities management
·Support senior management with administrative and clerical tasks
·Training coordination
·New employee onboarding and ongoing employee benefit coordination
·ESG program management (wellness, volunteering, etc.)
Requirements:
This critical role will be filled with a candidate that excels at establishing organization and structure. The ideal candidate will need to have:
·2+ years’experience in an administrative position
·Good customer service
·Problem solving capabilities
·Top notch organization skills
·Excellent written and verbal communication
