Preferably prior experience in a Physical Therapy clinic, excellent customer service, excellent communication skills, patient phone call management, scheduling patients for Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy, front desk & back desk administrative office work, coordinating authorizations with office staff, working with Office Coordinator and PT Aide who performs a lot of admin support in the front office, MS word, excel, outlook experience, position includes processing co-pays.
