Title: Human Resources Administrator
Salary: $26.00 - $30.00 hourly
Job Purpose:
Under moderate supervision, primarily responsible for general administrative support for assigned staff. The Administrative Office performs a variety of administrative tasks. They are the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and vendors. They answer phones, greet guests, and answer questions about the organization.
Duties:
- Assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks.
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks for assigned staff, including but not limited to phone support, drafting, preparation and distribution of correspondence, calendar and scheduling, meeting coordination, filing, and copying, etc.
- Coordinates Tenant requests for vendor services (access forms, calendar, etc.)
- Greet guests at the office.
- Responsible for the general upkeep, organization, presentation and cleanliness of the office, break room, conference rooms, storage areas, etc.
- Coordinate services for the office, such as copy machine repair and service.
- Assist with event planning.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of two (2) years of general clerical work experience.
- Human Resource Experience preferred.
- ADP workforce Experience preferred.
- Team Player, customer service oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Requires good communication skills, notably a professional demeanor both on the telephone and in person.
- Ideal Candidate is comfortable with computers and able to perform various computer functions.
- Requires good analytical skills to identify and solve technical problems.
- Ability to complete data entry and filing documents in a timely manner.
