About the Job
We are looking for a dedicated Office Administrator in our Salt Lake City location to handle client-facing duties as well as general office management tasks. When clients walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helpful reception. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains security by following procedures and respectfully turning away solicitors.
- Operates telecommunication system and directs calls.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area and office environment.
- Contributes to team effort through collaborative tasks.
- Supports executive team through assigned administrative tasks.
- Maintains print room, supply area, and break room.
- Receives, sorts, and distributes office mail and packages.
- Liaison with neighboring businesses regarding common area support.
- Additional sales, marketing, and administrative support may also be assigned based on skill set.
- Personal assistant duties/errands for CEO as needed.
