Responsibilities
- Supporting the Sales Manager with various administrative tasks.
- Running and analyzing reports in Excel, requiring a high level of proficiency.
- Utilizing a background in data analysis to improve sales processes.
- Generating sales reports and identifying patterns and trends.
- Reviewing sales leads, dead leads, and conversion rates to sales.
- Improving processes to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to the sales team.
- Maintaining a collaborative team-oriented approach to work.
- Handling tasks efficiently while working under pressure.
Qualifications
- BA in Business is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent work experience in an office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to run and interpret complex reports.
- Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for identifying data patterns and trends.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Required Work Hours
Monday through Friday, first shift hours.
Benefits
The position offers competitive pay, with a range of $27.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
