About the Job
CALLING ALL DOG LOVERS!
We are in need of an Office Administrator to work at a Puppy Training Center.
Basic functions:
Respond promptly to customer service inquiries via email, phone, text, etc.
Sell and assist with client scheduling of animal (Dog) class commitments.
Keep class offering on website current.
Monitor, resolve discrepancies, process client sale and refund transactions via the Mindbody Online App.
Purchase and track small retail inventory.
Compile employee hours, resolve entry errors, submit time to Bookkeeper. Monitor and verify Trainers weekly time-entry.
Starting $24/hour plus paid leave and health insurance (employee-only premium paid)
This is ideally temp to hire placement.
More information regarding the role:
Locally-Owned organization.
Ideally someone with some technical ability to troubleshoot Mindbody issues (from a Consumer/Purchasing standpoint)
Lots of email communications. They primarily use Google as their main platform (Google Sheets, Google calendar)
Could be Hybrid for the right person.
Generally, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Work closely with trainers and their schedules for classes. Assist Trainers with their needs.
Must have good Customer Service skills and be the Face of the Organization.
Field Customer inquiries and deal with scheduling questions.
Might have some responsibilities in facilities coordination and ordering supplies.
Some social media responsibilities.
Must be very organized, social, team-oriented, Customer Facing, interact with Trainers.
