- They are looking for an Office Administrator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office, supporting various departments & contributing to their continued success.
OVERVIEW OF THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Office Administrator answers incoming calls and directs inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing mail.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Office Administrator assists the AP and AR departments with invoice processing, record-keeping, and other tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to support various projects and initiatives.
- Manage digital calendars and schedule appointments as required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Office Administrator must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
