Our team is currently partnered with a leading medical provider in the Greater Boston Area. Currently we are seeking a proven Administrative Assistant with any healthcare exposure to support our clinical team. The hiring manager is eager to hire and reviewing resumes as early as next week. - Work with a team in a Primary Care/Family Medicine Practice supporting patients, doctors, and other clinical staff.
- General administrative duties to support office
- Scheduling appointments for internal team and patients
- Insurance verifications and prior authorizations
- Taking calls and reaching out to patients for missing information and scheduling
