About the Job
Leading commercial cleaning and janitorial company in Midtown, NYC is actively seeking an Office Administrator with payroll experience to support administrative functions and help with payroll processing. Hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. Salary depends on experience. Company offers health insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
Responsibilities:
-Perform data entry involving cross references from documentation relating to importing procedures
-Daily communication including emails and phones
-Paper and electronic filing and recordkeeping, including invoices from vendors
-Keeping track of calendar and scheduling potential meetings/interviews
-Running payroll, collecting timecards, and processing
-Support office functions whenever necessaryQualifications:
-3+ years of administrative experience
-Payroll experience is preferred
-Professional and polite phone and email etiquette
-Calendar and schedule management experience
-Ability to efficiently juggle multiple tasks and prioritize them based on urgency and importance
-Highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct
-Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to self-manage and problem-solve
-Strong team player mentality is a mustQualifications:
-3+ years of administrative experience
