Office Administrator - Onsite
We are currently seeking candidates for an Office Administrator opportunity with a highly successful manufacturing organization located north of Boston. The Office Administrator will provide excellent customer support and communication, maintain detailed records, oversee customer order and invoice processing, manage vendor invoice processing, and performs general administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant administrative support ideally in manufacturing or similar industry, and have the ability to work onsite 5 days/week.

The Office Administrator will provide excellent customer support and communication, maintain detailed records, oversee customer order and invoice processing, manage vendor invoice processing, and performs general administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities:
- Performs administrative support, processes accounts payable invoices, and collects past-due receivables.
- Provides excellent customer service and acts as a champion for customer service needs across business processes.
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding products, services, etc. in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintains detailed record-keeping of inquiries, comments, and complaints received from customers, and includes required actions to resolve.
- Performs customer order and invoice processing, diligently reviewing and processing purchase orders placed by customers and invoicing daily shipments.
- Drives vendor invoicing process. Codes and enters vendor invoices into accounting software.
- Utilizes Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and additional technology solutions in performing daily responsibilities.
- Supports special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of administrative experience in manufacturing or similar industry
- Must be onsite 5 days/week
- Strong experience performing invoicing, record-keeping, and customer support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great time management, prioritization, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems)
