Office Administrator

What you can expect:

• Pay starting at $21.00/hour (more based on experience).
• Annual increase potential.

What you will do:

• Assist Contracts Manager with all contract requirements (examples include contract preparation, subcontract documentation, bid and contract bond preparation, job closeouts, DBE documentation).
• Successfully utilizes accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suite applications daily.
• Collaborate with team to prepare project estimate for import to accounting system, then follow through the life cycle of job from set-up, job cost review, billing, and job closeout.
• Review billing estimates for quantity discrepancies.  Prepare and process job billings to customers.
• Process subcontract payment sheets and submit them for approval.
• Assist in coordinating and tracking quantities/coverslips for all prime contracted work.
• Review and reconcile hot mix asphalt tons, verify, and submit ticket changes for data entry.
• Ensure proper documentation is organized and maintained within project files.
• Office management and support of operations team, as necessary.
