Busy Executive needs a stable and willing Office Administrator to support him and his team!
This is a small office of approximately 20 employees. Very team oriented!
- Keeping track of Executives' Calendar and Appointments
- Must have excellent Customer Service Skills
- High level of Responsiveness; taking ownership of all administrative tasks
- Facilities and Office Supplies Coordination
- Answer Phones and Greet Visitors
- Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Paying $60,000 - $70,000 per year - DIRECT HIRE
