Busy Executive needs a stable and willing Office Administrator to support him and his team!

This is a small office of approximately 20 employees. Very team oriented!

• Keeping track of Executives' Calendar and Appointments
• Must have excellent Customer Service Skills
• High level of Responsiveness; taking ownership of all administrative tasks
• Facilities and Office Supplies Coordination
• Answer Phones and Greet Visitors
• Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Paying $60,000 - $70,000 per year - DIRECT HIRE
