- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Assist with project management and administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
