Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is crucial in providing valuable insights to enhance the sales team's performance through proficient data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in working with large datasets, particularly in Excel, and have the ability to identify trends and analyze lead conversion performance.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Excel to clean, analyze, and interpret large sales datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance, including dead leads, converted leads, and sales conversion ratios.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to present data to sales leadership for decision-making.
- Identify and flag dead leads (inactive or non-responsive prospects) and provide actionable recommendations to improve lead follow-up strategies.
- Calculate and analyze sales ratios, including lead-to-sales conversion rates, to evaluate the efficiency of the sales team.
- Assist the Sales Manager with running reports using Excel.
- Work as a team player, able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good with numbers and must be numbers driven.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Requirements:
- BA in Business, Marketing, or Data Analytics.
- 1-2 years of recent work experience.
Required Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, 1st shift
Benefits:
The position offers a competitive pay range with a minimum of $28.00 per hour and a maximum of $32.00 per hour, alongside additional benefits that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

The office is based in Costa Mesa, and the candidate must be willing to work onsite and collaborate effectively with the team to achieve organizational goals.
