As the Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks across departments, managing client communications, overseeing scheduling, maintaining records, and much more. Your efforts will directly contribute to our team's ability to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to all departments
- Manage contracts, financing records, and client communications
- Coordinate scheduling with clients and team members
- Maintain organized and accurate record-keeping systems
- Handle day-to-day office tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Assist in processing invoices and tracking financial transactions
- Facilitate a seamless client experience by responding to inquiries and providing timely information
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish for effective client and team interactions.

Compensation
- Full-Time Position
- Competitive salary at $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
