Responsibilities:
• Managing incoming calls
• Accurately ticket trucks upon arrival
• Process Payment transactions
• Assist Sales team by answering customer inquiries and directing each call appropriately
• Strong customer service, verbal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Dependable Transportation
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail
• Previous work experience in contracting and material supply is a plus
• NetSuite experience is a plus
