- Duties
- Office/Administrative/Reception duties
- Scanning/emailing receipts/invoices to personnel
- Uploading documents to dropbox
- Requesting documentation from vendors/clients
- Liaison to service providers i.e. cleaners, printers, snow removal, etc
- Reception (mail delivery, amazon packages, contractors picking up paperwork, welcoming guests)
- Stocking & ordering supplies
- Running and emptying dishwasher
- Answering phone & directing calls
- Misc. general office/admin/reception duties
- Real Estate transaction coordination
- Organizing and filing paperwork
- Coordinating scheduling for inspections, walkthroughs, appraisals, closings
- Managing Microsoft Outlook Calendar invites
- Updating statuses and calendars
- CRM data entry and reporting
- Calling utility services to start/stop service
- Creating accounts for HOA
- Posting listings to facebook
- Misc. other real estate admin type duties
- Requirements
- Gets along well with everyone
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- 1+ years of experience working in an office
- MLS/Real Estate experience preferred but not required
- Notary would be nice but not required
- Office/Administrative/Reception duties
Contract 2-4 months
Monday through Friday
8:30am to 4:30pm
Pay=$20/hr-$23/hr
Location is 80917
