Salary: $52,000 - $58,000 annual salary
Hours: Full-time, exempt, 40 hours per week
Servi-Sure is looking for a Bookkeeper and Office Administrator to support a small office. This individual should have a strong attention to detail for overseeing financial and office administration. The individual must enjoy daily multi-tasking and be able to take a logical approach to problem solving. The position involves detailed documentation, implementation of process improvements, along with serving as a liaison to HR and IT. Qualified candidates must be able to work independently, but also as part of a team and be customer centered.

Position Overview
Financial Administration:
- Manage account receivables: enter cash receipts/deposits, process wire transfers
- Produce AR aging report, review and make calls for collection
- Manage accounts payable: enter bills, manage payment calendar
- Process daily remote check deposits and bank reconciliation
- Coordinate with outsourced accounting firm to prepare reports and close month in system
Office Administration:
- Enter sales orders into Sage 100 accounting system
- Maintain business files
- Coordinate year end projects: holiday candy mailing, shredding, and creating/organizing new files
- Coordinate logistics for company representation at annual industry conferences
- Organize and coordinate company events
- Support office staff with miscellaneous administrative duties, phone calls, mail, maintenance of office equipment
Human Resources:
- Serve as HR Administrator (support and liaison) in coordination with outsourced HR firm
- Serve as point of contact for HR concerns
- Prepare related correspondence and documentation
IT:
- Coordinate outsourced services: IT, voice, internet, cellular services and vendors
- Support staff with any questions/concerns regarding IT
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associates degree, Business or Accounting field
- 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping and office administration
- Knowledge of Sage 100 (MAS) accounting software preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong administration skills with an attention to detail and ability to keep company matters confidential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to act independently, organize workload, set priorities, and adapt to change
