What you will do:
- General office duties such as data entry, payroll, scheduling, generating reports, etc.
- Assist General Manager/Office Manager with day to day tasks
- Answer and direct calls
- Assist inbound customer service
- bookkeeping

- Previous customer service and office experience
- Strong attention to details

- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)

Who/What Are We Looking For?
- Assist coworkers with daily responsibilities including but not limited to processing paperwork, sending emails, data entry, speaking with customers to make sure all accounts are kept current and all payments are received

- High school diploma (or GED)
- High level of competence with math and calculations
- Customer Service/office administrative experience is preferred
