Job Title: Power Plant Operator

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control plant operations to ensure efficient power generation.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on gas/oil-fired units.
• Respond to alarms and troubleshoot operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of plant performance and fuel usage.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize plant efficiency and safety.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Experience in power generation or related field.
• Strong understanding of gas turbine operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies.
