We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to manage the administrative functions of our boutique law firm. This full-time position requires in-office attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and client communications.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships.
- Assist with financial management and billing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in an administrative role, preferably in a law firm.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
