Office Administrative Assistant - Froum Law Group

The Froum Law Group, LLC, a small but growing law firm in Evanston, Illinois, is looking to hire a full-time administrative assistant. Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone
• Maintaining files
• Managing calendars
• Scanning and organizing documentation
• Greeting and communicating politely with clients
• Providing administrative support to attorneys by finalizing and mailing correspondence
• Sorting incoming mail and packages
• Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2-3 years' experience in an office clerical role
• Excellent clerical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Time management skills/Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Clio software is a plus but not required
• Experience working for a law firm is a plus but not required
