Office Administrative Assistant at CONCRETE FRAME ASSOCIATES

CFA is searching for a skilled, proactive, and Bilingual Office Administrative Assistant for our Aurora, CO office to work in a fast-paced office environment. This person would perform a variety of administrative responsibilities to support complex concrete construction projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greets visitors, accepts, screens, and routes communications – includes answering multiple phone lines
• Performs purchasing, office logistics, vendor coordination, and maintains files
• Supports AP by receiving, processing, and entering vendor invoices
• Opens, sorts, and distributes mail
• Schedules interviews for new field employees and assists new employees with onboarding paperwork
• Acts as a backup to customer billings/collections as needed
• Processes, gathers, and logs job-site documentation/information monthly
• Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization
• Assists in recording inventory transactions
• Supports company event planning and execution
• Supports employee recognition activities and awards

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of one year of specialized secretarial or construction administration work experience supporting similar key responsibilities
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Proficient in in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to learn and use a variety of business software systems
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
