Office Administration Assistant - Westside Personnel

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain office schedules, including appointments, meetings, and events
•  Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff members
•  Oversee office operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
•  Strong organizational and time management skills
•  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•  Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•  Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
