Schedule: Monday – Friday (Onsite)
Options: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour (DOE)
Work Environment: Small Office (Approx. 20 employees)
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Handle shared phone coverage with the team.
- Review and organize expense reports, ensuring receipts, hotel, meal, and flight details are properly documented.
- Assist with timesheet reviews for accuracy.
- Manage equipment scheduling and check-out.
- Order lunches and office supplies as needed.
- Review and manage office documents for accuracy and completeness.
Data Entry & Record Management
- Maintain accurate records and data in internal databases.
- Utilize Excel to track project documentation, timelines, and follow-ups.
- Ensure all project-related tasks are properly logged and managed.
Marketing Support
- Assist with lead tracking, follow-ups, and project closure tasks.
- Support marketing efforts by organizing and tracking internal proposals.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
- Comfortable using Excel for tracking and data management.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
