Job Details:
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Monday and Friday). Please note, this is a hybrid role, not a remote position.
Contract: 6-12 months with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role
Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation: $20-$27 hourly (Pay rate will depend on relevant experience)
Responsibilities:
- Employee & Visitor Support: Provide a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, manage office access, and assist team members with office-related needs.
- Event Coordination: Organize and support office events, both in-person and virtually, to promote team engagement and collaboration.
- Administrative Support for Leadership: Support leadership teams in major cities across the U.S. as well as nearshore entities, handling key administrative duties and helping maintain efficient operations across locations.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and stocked; manage vendor relationships; oversee safety protocols and address facilities-related needs.
Experience: Minimum of two years in an office support role or similar environment
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, resourceful problem-solving, and experience with tools like G Suite, Slack, and Excel
Attributes: Proactive, independent, customer-focused, and adaptable to diverse responsibilities

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
