What your future day will look like:
- Perform office management duties including payroll for 50 employees, accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales tax, and billing in QuickBooks Online
- Follow up on past due invoices
- Prepare inventory reports
- Answer phones and ensure the front office runs smoothly

- 5+ years of experience in a fast paced accounting or office management role with accounting duties
- Ability to pass background and credit
- Experience in Word, Excel and QuickBooks
