As a Office and Accounting Assistant you will:
- Opening daily volumes of mail including invoices, statements, documents.
- Scanning, coding and filing all incoming correspondence and billings.
- Making work orders for necessary work.
- Handling email documents, correspondence.
- Helping with credit card statements, organizing, copying, filing and preparing for payment.
- Helping with incoming income.
- Helping with bill payments.
- Making Errands, inspections, making CD's of pictures and entering into data.
- Making volumes of data entry each day.
Pay Rate: $24-30/hr
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of Associate's degree or in College working on degree.
- Minimum of 3 years office experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Proven fast and accurate typist.
- Excellence with data entry.
- Excellence and accuracy with scanning documents and filing manually and digitally.
- Experience with light Bookkeeping or Accounting.
- Experience with Payroll.
- Experience working for an Accounting company preferred.
- Excellent and accurate with numbers.
- Professional phone manner.- Have a reliable car for errands and excellent driving record.
- Very dependable and reliable and a steady worker.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
