PREMIER THERAPY, is accepting applications for a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistants to add to our partner's skilled nursing facility in Revere, MA. PREMIER THERAPY is an award-winning, privately-owned therapy services provider with over 21+years' experience in senior living communities in OH, PA, NY, KY and MA. Compensation negotiable (depending on skills, abilities and experience).

Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:

Therapy team and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
Family education.
Facility in services and education.
Attend care planning conferences.
Perform home assessments to prepare for safe discharge.
