Occupational Therapy Assistant. - Heritage Rehab.

We are seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) for 15-29 hours per week, with opportunities for full-time positions that include benefits and a 401k. This role is based in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Columbus, OH, conveniently located near downtown.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans under a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Provide direct patient care and document progress accurately.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and educate patients and families.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited OTA program.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong knowledge of physiology and medical terminology.
