Occupational Therapists (OT) - Hunter Selection

We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in the West Des Moines area. The ideal candidate will provide Occupational Therapy services as per treatment plans, ensuring alignment with our agency's values of excellence, compassion, integrity, respect, and dignity.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Iowa
• Graduated from an accredited OT program
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Home healthcare experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Maintains annual TB test and CPR certification

Responsibilities:

• Assist in patient evaluations and treatment planning
• Perform initial evaluations within 48 hours of referral
• Prepare clinical notes and revise treatment plans as needed
• Instruct patients and families on safe management and therapy
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
