We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated team in the West Des Moines area. The ideal candidate will provide Occupational Therapy services in accordance with treatment plans, emphasizing excellence, compassion, and respect.

• Qualifications: Iowa OT license, graduation from an accredited OT program, and preferred 2 years of clinical experience, especially in home healthcare.
• Responsibilities: Evaluate patients, establish treatment plans, prepare clinical notes, coordinate care, instruct patients and families, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
