COMPENSATION: $110k - $120k/Annual DOE
STATUS: Full-Time
SCHEDULE: Flexible, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Job Summary
As an Occupational Therapist at Ancora, you'll:
•Address patients' functional performance to promote health, well-being, and quality of life.
•Develop tailored treatment plans and apply interventions to enhance safety and independence in daily activities.
•Teach patients adaptive techniques and educate them on breaking down tasks into manageable components.
•Assess home and environmental needs and recommend modifications to enhance accessibility.
•Guide family members and caregivers, providing essential education and support.
•Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment use.
•Monitor and report progress toward short- and long-term treatment goals.
•Perform other duties as assigned to meet patient needs.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
•Graduate of an accredited program.
•Current licensure, registration, or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
•Minimum of 2 years of related experience (preferred).
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
•Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
•Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
•Proof of current auto insurance and registration.
•Valid fingerprint clearance card (we can assist).
•Current CPR certification and negative TB test (we can help).
