Occupational Therapist. - Medadventures.

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join a prominent Skilled Nursing Facility in Tacoma, WA 98409.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Target Pay Range: $40-50/HR W2

Responsibilities:

• Return patients to optimal physical function and achieve therapy goals.
• Screen and evaluate residents for Occupational Therapy needs.
• Establish individualized treatment programs and consult with facility staff.
• Document evaluations and treatment objectives for caregivers and residents.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting as necessary.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and Rehab Aides.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state license.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.
• Active OTR status.
