Elevate Your Occupational Therapist Career with Us! Birch Creek Post Acute and Rehab has an opportunity to join the in-house therapy team at this 124-bed skilled nursing facility in Tacoma, WA! Birch Creek Post Acute & Rehabilitation offers around-the-clock skilled nursing in a residential setting. Our community features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services. Large 1000 sqft gym space at south end of building with lots of windows/natural light, ADL Bathroom and Kitchen/Laundry training spaces, OmniVR: 3-D virtual reality system used for strengthening, balance, endurance, coordination, and cognitive skills development.
Tacoma, WA is a beautiful port city along the banks of the Puget Sound and just 32 miles southwest of Seattle. It's known for the Museum of Glass, which has works by renowned glass artist Dale Chihuly among its exhibits. Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current state of practice OT License.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing settings preferred.
