Job Description

EliteCare Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy department in Rugby, ND. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to a diverse patient population, including those with hand, lymphatic issues, neurological conditions, pediatric needs, and more.

Responsibilities:

Treat an average of 7 to 10 patients per day across various settings: Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing, and Outpatient care.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using the Epic EMR system.

Work with and supervise Rehab Aides and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).

Qualifications:

General Certification Requirements:& BLS certification is required.

Experience:& While experience in all areas is preferred, candidates with varying levels of training in specific areas are encouraged to apply. We value flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Dress Code:& Business casual or workout attire is acceptable; scrubs are allowed without specific color requirements.

Weekend and Holiday Requirements:& No weekend or holiday shifts required.

Coverage Areas:& OTs are expected to cover all areas within the facility.
