Our Award Winning Client seeks a skilled Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic team. Full-time onsite position.

Overview:

Our Award Winning Client, a nationally recognized organization, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide expert therapy services. The successful candidate will work independently, contributing to the interdisciplinary team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Occupational Therapy Assessments to evaluate patients' needs.
• Develop and implement tailored therapy programs for individuals with diverse diagnoses.
• Provide skilled therapy sessions and participate in client meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Instruct Direct Support Professional staff on therapy techniques and protocols.

Schedule and Shift Details:

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with flexibility.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Occupational Health
  • Occupational Medicine
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Product Management
  • Program Management
  • Systems Training
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Rehabilitation
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Valid Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) in the state of Texas (TX)
