Occupational Therapist – PRN - 4-10 hours weekly
Outpatient Therapy for Assisted Living Communities

Location: The Stafford, Lake Oswego and Somerset in Gladstone, OR
Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient,
Lovely Community - Work with higher functioning residents
Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings

Qualifications:
+ Current license as Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
+ Previous experience in outpatient, preferred.
