GENERAL PURPOSE
Performs evaluations and develops effective patient treatment plans to restore, maintain or prevent decline of patient function, by planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state and professional standards governing outpatient and home health care. Services may be performed in therapy clinic or individual patient residence.
+ Position: Occupational Therapist OTR
+ Hours: All candidates are welcome - PRN/Part and Full-time
+ Monday thru Friday, no weekends/evenings
+ Setting: Assisted Living Community and Memory Care
+ Location: Brookdale Kenwood, Cincinnati

You’ll only treat residents Monday-Friday – no evenings or weekends! Plus, you’ll treat residents in their room or in an on-site clinic so there’s no need to travel to homes outside the building. QUALIFICATIONS
+ Graduate from Occupational Therapy program
+ Current license as Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice
+ Previous experience in outpatient, preferred
+ Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
+ Current CPR certification, if practicing in home health
