Occupational Therapist (OT) - Flagstar Rehab

We are seeking Occupational Therapists (OT) for Skilled Nursing Facilities, offering flexibility in assignments and a "choose the way you earn" model. Therapists can manage their careers while ensuring a work-life balance, with remote onboarding for smooth transitions.

• Hourly Pay Rate: W2 $48, 1099 $61
• Requirements: Current NYS OT License, BLS Certification, EMR competence, and malpractice insurance (if applicable).
• Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, create treatment plans, and provide therapy for patients with various conditions.
• Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, with various shifts available.
