HealthPro Heritage has a great Occupational Therapist opportunity with our Early Intervention Team in Dauphin County! This position will consist of providing therapy to children aged birth-3 years old in their natural environment. Extremely flexible part-time with case-building potential to full-time!

Responsibilities:
- Provide Occupational Therapy sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
- Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
- Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
- Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.
• MS/OTD in Occupational Therapy or BS with equivalent work experience.
• Successful completion of State Certification Examination for Occupational Therapy.
• Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development
• Must hold a current license in the state of practice
