We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Georgetown, DE. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapy services to clients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities:

Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans

Implement therapeutic interventions to improve clients' daily living skills

Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Educate clients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises

Requirements:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

Current state licensure in Delaware

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in a clinical setting preferred
