Responsibilities:

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to young children in various settings.
• Develop collaborative relationships with parents/caregivers.
• Efficiently prepare and submit session notes and reports.

Qualifications:

• NYS Licensed Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
