Daily Tasks

• Assess patients' functional abilities and limitations to determine appropriate treatment plans
• Develop and implement customized occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' physical and cognitive skills
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
• Stay updated on advancements in occupational therapy techniques and research
• Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based protocols and best practices

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in neurorehabilitation or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and neurology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
