Job Description:

• Prior Occupational Therapy experience in acute care, outpatient, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or home health environments is preferred.
• Acute care experience is highly preferred.

Requirements:

• Current Hawaii State license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current certification as Occupational Therapy Registered (OTR) from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc.
• Current BLS certification.
