What you will do as an Occupational Therapist with Shared Services Home Health Care:

Not only will you be growing in your career, but you will also be gaining another family.

•  Review request for occupational therapy and physicians orders.
•  Interview client to determine type of treatment and schedule therapy.
•  Evaluate type of therapy most desirable after consulting with physician.
•  Assist clients in ambulatory training as necessary.
•  Recommend modifications and changes in the clients therapy treatment as indicated.
•  Ensure that all therapist notes are informative and descriptive of the care provided and of the clients response to the care.
•  Select rehabilitative and therapeutic activities and exercises based on medical and social history of clients.

• Washtenaw County

What it takes to join our team:

• Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or program
• Must possess an active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Michigan
• 1 year of homecare experience preferred
• Experience with Wellsky/Kinnser preferred
