Occupational Therapist. - Medadventures.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Contract Occupational Therapist to join a prominent Skilled Nursing Facility in Harrisburg, PA. This role can be a permanent direct hire or W2 contract, offering a pay range of $40-50 per hour.

Position Summary: The primary goal is to help patients regain optimal physical function while adhering to health and safety standards.

Education & Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state license in Occupational Therapy.
• Screen and evaluate residents for therapy needs.
• Develop individualized treatment programs and consult with facility staff.
• Document evaluations and treatment plans timely.
• Monitor treatment responses and adjust plans as necessary.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and Rehab Aides.
