Occupational Therapist. - Medadventures.

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join a prominent Skilled Nursing Facility in the Coudersport, PA area.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Target Pay Range: $40-50/HR W2

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents to determine Occupational Therapy needs.
• Develop individualized treatment programs and consult with facility staff.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment objectives to caregivers and families.
• Document all required information within designated time frames.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting as necessary.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and Rehab Aides.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state license in Occupational Therapy.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Active OTR status.
